In the first blockbuster deal of this upcoming MLB(Major League Baseball) Season, the Colorado Rockies sent All Star slugger Matt Holliday to the Oakland Athletics for closer Huston Street, starting pitcher Greg Smith, and outfielder Carlos Gonzalez.
Holliday hit 25 homruns, drove in 88, and hit .321 this past MLB Season. Holliday also started in the All Star Game for the National League(NL) playing left field.
